Our products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once your order has been placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or for orders placed by mistake.

As our products are made to order, please make sure you select the correct size before completing your purchase. Product listings include the relevant sizing information, so we recommend checking this carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if the incorrect size has been selected, or if you have simply changed your mind or accidentally ordered an item.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

While every order is carefully produced, occasionally an item may arrive with a manufacturing defect, damage, or a printing error.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at info@freefallband.co.uk as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We'll review the issue with our production and fulfilment partners and, where the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or misprinted, we'll discuss the available resolution with them on your behalf. This may include a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.
